Done
What's done is done,
and put behind,
and only lingers in the mind.
The pain,
the regret,
the sadness,
the tears.
The loneliness,
the hurt,
the reprisals,
the fears.
It's over and can never be undone,
and now I go on as one.
I can't give up,
my search for fun.
To help me forget the hurt and pain,
and start to live my life again.
