Connections

What I wouldn’t give,
To be so out of it.
Not to know night for day,
Day from night,
Right from wrong,
Wrong from right.
To live as one,
With the universe.
No day,
No night,
No wrong,
No right.
Just being.
It would be all wrong,
And it would be all right.
Night would be day,
And day would be night.
Time would inverse all,
It would stop and start,
With every beat of my heart.
What I wouldn’t give
To be part of the flow,
To be that connected to everything.
