Confession Is Good For The Soul

I have a really dark side,
I'm not quite ready to reveal.
Keeping it to myself,
keeps us on an even keel.

I can't say who would gain the upper hand,
but I can reveal this thought,
Some things you're better off not to know,
and other things, to know, you ought.

One day it will all be revealed,
the light and darkness of my soul.
One day you will get to know,
to know,
to know,
to know.
