If I had the words to expose my deepest soul to you, Could I?

A Witch's Lover's Lies

The spell was cast, before our birth, in a time when passion inflamed the soul.
The words were whispered, during our conceptions, when the flames consumed the
flesh.
The spell was renewed, on a daily basis, when youth burned bright in the mind's
eye.
The spell was broken with a lie. The flesh burned no more. Youth replaced youth,
but it was never the same.
The spell was cast before our childrens' births, and whispered upon each renewal,
as our flesh was consumed with the flames of desire.
The truth broke our spell.
